I don't have much time but on the weekend to go walking but it
has been raining like crazy. So I do my own routine at night, I dance
to my favorite tunes with weights and my resistance bands. I do sit ups
and also leg winders. I have lost 33 lbs so far. I am happy that I haven't
been a sucker for fried foods and sugar. I am so used to not having sugar
that I have no funny taste when it comes to eating/drinking things
without sugar.
